We endeavour that all orders placed before Midday will be processed the same day excluding weekend and bank holidays. 
We will email you with dispatch information.

Returns


Should you wish to return an item due to a sizing issue or simply changing your mind, you will need to cover the return postage cost.

If on the rare occasion you receive a faulty or incorrectly sent item, please return the item to us, but let us know the postage cost you incur, which we will gladly reimburse


Whether returned by post or in person, returns will be acknowledged by email on day of receipt.

Once they have been processed and accepted back into stock, then the original cost of the item not including postage will be refunded to the card which original payment was made on.


Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery date.


Please Note we cannot accept returned orders if:

Any garments, shoes or accessories have been worn, laundered, or are marked/dirty upon return will be declined.

All items MUST be returned in their original condition which includes tags and any packaging.

In the interest of hygiene, tights and underwear are non-returnable or exchangeable unless faulty.

Returns received long after 14 days will not be refunded.


 Covid Safety

 In order to ensure the safety of our staff and customers we have implemented 
Covid Safety Policies and Practices.

In The Shop:
One family group or two people at one time.
Customers will be requested to wear masks(unless exempt) and to sanitise their hands on entry.

These safety measures will change to keep inline with current Government Guidelines.
